Timetable and Classes
Year-round we run a minimum of 9 different levels of English from Elementary to Advanced Maximum class size for adults is 12. We hold 3 full hours (180 minutes) of class each day, Monday through Friday.
Classes meet daily from 9.00am to 11.00am and from 11.30am to 12.30pm.
Morning classes are of a more technical nature while the third hour tends to concentrate more on the development of production skills. Each class is assigned a team of two teachers. Extra classes are held in the afternoons as part of the Intensive and Combination programmes.
All courses can be joined at any point and students may study with us for as many or as few weeks as they wish.

Level Placement
Placement in a particular level is based on your ability to speak and to understand the spoken word. Accordingly, the placement examination consists of two interviews.
Assessment doesn't end with the placement interview. It is continuous as this permits students to change levels, up or down, with the mutual agreement of the teachers and the student. We are happy to push you as far as possible to help you reach your goals.

Holidays
The school is closed for the following holidays:

2009: Christmas: Last day of class - 18th December

2010: First day of class - 7th January
17th March, St. Patrick's Day: the number one Irish holiday in the year
5th April - Easter Bank Holiday Monday: the day after the Christian holiday of Easter
3rd May - May Bank Holiday: Workers' Day, the first Monday in May
7th June - June Bank Holiday: the first Monday in June
25th October - October Bank Holiday: the last Monday in October
17th December - last day of class before Christmas

The school is open all other holidays.

We regret that no refund can be made for school holidays with exception of the Christmas holiday.
